106 trader reviews
For this 2026 Forex4you review I worked through the broker’s MetaTrader builds, its own mobile app, and the Share4you copy-trading network. I read the client agreement to confirm which legal entity I would actually be contracting with, traced the leverage rules across two separate pages on the broker’s own site, and checked the BVI licence and the brand situation rather than taking either at face value. The leverage finding below is the single most useful thing on this page and it took reading two tables side by side to spot.
Forex4you suits beginners who want to start with almost nothing and traders who want to copy someone else’s positions instead of picking their own. The entry barrier is genuinely $0, the education library is better than most brokers bother with, and withdrawals process in about 27.5 minutes on the broker’s own published average. Where it loses ground is oversight. One licence, from the British Virgin Islands, no Tier-1 regulator anywhere in the structure, and a client agreement with no negative balance protection clause in it.
Led by Fazeel Imtiaz, Editorial Writer and Marketing Expert, our team opens and funds real accounts with every broker we review. We read the client agreement to confirm which legal entity holds the account, count what the platforms actually ship rather than what the feature pages claim, and check every license number against the regulator’s own public register.
This review of Forex4you follows the same process we run on every broker on the site. Scores are weighted and published. Nothing on this page is influenced by our commercial arrangements, and we tell you plainly when a figure comes from the broker’s own disclosures instead of our own measurement.
MT4, MT5 and Share4you all work, but they are split across two brand sites and the proprietary app is thin.
$0 minimum and 0% funding fees are real, yet 0.9 pips from on Standard is wide against the market.
A single BVI licence, no Tier-1, no negative balance protection clause, and a 2.9 Trustpilot score.
Trading Central, Trading Central WebTV and FXStreet, plus a decent calendar. Nothing in-house.
A genuine 40-lesson school across four levels, with a glossary and tests. Better than the category norm.
4.4 stars from 3.43K reviews, functional ticket and in-app funding, but light on charting depth.
Cent and Classic in both Pro and Standard, all at $0 minimum, plus Share4you leader and follower accounts.
Support responsiveness is the most repeated complaint theme in the public review record.
Market execution throughout and a 0.1-second claim, which the broker does not publish data to back.
This is the part of this Forex4you review you should read first.
Trust Score: 52/100 Forex4you has been operating since 2007, which means that in September 2026 it will be 19 years old and boasts three million trading accounts opened. That means something in a market where most offshore brokers disappear after five years. It’s not as big a deal as it looks on the licence page.
The Forex4you brand is owned by E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. registered in the British Virgin Islands under company number 1384287. Forex4you has one and only licence: BVI FSC, SIBA/L/12/1027 given under the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010. No FCA entity exists. No ASIC. No CySEC licence. The group’s public structure has no tier-1 control of retail clients.
That’s a considerably thinner profile than most of the brokers we cover, and it impacts what occurs when things go wrong. The firm is licensed and regulated by the BVI FSC but it does not have a statutory investor compensation mechanism of the type the FSCS provides in the UK. If the entity goes bust, there is no fund backing your balance.
What the client agreement actually means. I read the BVI client agreement instead than the marketing pages and two things stand out. It does not include a negative balance protection clause. Rather, the company has the right to recover damages it suffers from the client under certain terms. It indicates that claims for lost profit are not taken into account. Segregation is dealt with elsewhere: the broker says client monies are kept separate from firm running funds and disseminated across numerous institutions at once. Segregation and negative balance protection are not the same and only one of them is available here.
On the insurance claim. I could locate no mention on the Forex4you own funds security page, its about page or the BVI client agreement of Lloyd’s cover or any third-party client funds insurance. If you notice that claim in information you have seen, take it as unconfirmed until the broker directs you to the policy. What is available is membership in the Financial Commission, which has been in operation since 21 October 2019, with a compensation fund of up to €20,000 per complaint. Read the limit on that too: it pays out where a member ignores a rule the Commission has made, not where the firm goes down. The Financial Commission’s own profile lists the member as an SVG-registered group entity, not the BVI company listed in the client agreement, so be sure it applies to your account before relying on it.
On the audit claim. KPI numbers audited by KPMG, from 2015, are mentioned on the broker’s own history site. That’s 11 years old. Ask for something on time before you weigh it.
The complaint file. Forex4you has a Trustpilot score of 2.9 out of 5 from 65 reviews at the moment, with 54% five-star and 41% one-star ratings and hardly anything in between. That shape, a barbell with a hollow middle, usually signifies two different experiences, not one average experience. The negative themes are consistent deposits and withdrawals taking days to complete despite the broker’s claims of speedy processing, unresponsive service, accounts blocked without explanation and profits erased following certain market events. The review base is tiny enough that a handful of cases shifts the number, so take it as a signal to try a little withdrawal early, not a verdict.
Same company, same license, same app. I made it three different ways.
The firm’s main company stated on 4 April 2024 that it was rebranding to Markets4you, stating the move reflected a push beyond currency into stocks, indices and commodities. 2. The BVI client agreement governing the account states that the account name is E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. with license SIBA/L/12/1027 and the firm website is markets4you.com. Forex4you is not listed. Third, the Forex4you mobile app download links go through the markets4you.onelink.me domain, and the Google Play listing points to an app called “Markets4you – Online Trading” by E-Global Trade & Finance Group Inc., with the package ID still reading com.forex4you.android. The name is also written several ways in listings and on affiliate pages, including Forex 4 You and Forex4U. They all refer to the same Forex4you broker and the same BVI company, thus a spelling difference does not tell you anything.
So: Markets4you is the main global brand today. Forex4you is a real site serving regions with nation pages targeting Southeast and South Asian markets. They share one legal entity, one license, one software, and one copy-trading network. You’re not picking between two brokers. You’re staring at two front doors to the same building. That is not concealed, but it is not disclosed on the Forex4you homepage either and you should know which name is on your agreement before you fund anything.

This is all a contract for difference here. “You trade the price movement, and you never own the asset. And that’s true for all four asset classes.”
The broker lists forex, commodities, indices, and stocks, with crypto appearing on the MetaTrader 4 page but not in the main asset breakdown. The headline count is “150+ instruments” on the home page and trading page. The platform’s site boasts “120+ instruments”. On the MT5 page it reads “over 120+”. Three numbers from the same company, therefore the table below has a range rather than a figure I cannot stand behind: Count the symbol list in your own terminal before you plan around a given market.
The currency coverage is enough for a forex-first trader. If you want proper shares, ETFs, bonds, futures or options, this is not the broker for you. A catalogue in the low hundreds is limited against the multi-asset end of the market.

For Forex4you, the minimum deposit is $0 and that’s not marketing. All live tiers start at 0. There are no minimum account requirements for the broker, however minimum deposits do apply for payment methods, $1 via Skrill, $2 via Neteller and $10 for cards and bank transfers. Very few brokers do this and it really does rid the initial hurdle for a new trader.
The broad ones are the regular tiers. The spread-only pricing from 0.9 pips is not competitive with the sharper end of the market where 0.2 pips is usual on a comparable commission-free account. The trade-off is simple and easy to calculate: one number, no commission line, nothing to reconcile at month-end. If you trade a couple times a week and want things simple the difference in cost is minor in absolute terms. If you’re trading every day, it’s not.
Pro tiers are where the maths works. Classic Pro has a spread of 0.1 pips and a $7 fee per lot. For a normal lot of EUR/USD that is $7 fee + about a $1 spread at 0.1 pips so about $8 for the round turn. A classic standard at 0.9 pips will cost you around $9 on the identical trade with no commission. The bigger you become the wider it gets . The commission is set , but the spread scales with every lot. Pro wins. Most active traders are on Pro vs Standard since the crossover is low enough.
Beginners go through Cent accounts and they behave differently. A lot is 1,000 units not 100,000 therefore position sizes are a hundredth of the classic equivalent. Cent Pro charges 7¢ per cent lot not $7 a lot. One detail most reviewers forget is the risk setting: Cent accounts have a 50% margin call and a 10% stop out, while Classic runs 100% and 20%. A Cent account enables you to ride a losing position longer until you are stopped out. That’s more rope, not more safety.
Non-trading fees. Deposits and withdrawals carry a 0% broker fee on every method listed: Skrill, Neteller, Advcash, cards, online banking, offline banks and local QR payments. Limits run $1 to $10,000 on e-wallets and $10 to $5,000 on cards and local rails. The broker publishes an average withdrawal processing time of 27.5 minutes and an average verification time of 120 minutes and says withdrawals run 24/7. Those are specific, falsifiable numbers and I respect a broker that publishes them. They also sit awkwardly against the withdrawal-delay complaints on the public review record, which is a good reason to test a small withdrawal in your first week rather than your first drawdown.
| Account equity | Max leverage |
|---|---|
| $0 to $10,000 | 17:40 |
| $10,001 to $100,000 | 9:20 |
| $100,001 to $250,000 | 4:20 |
| $250,001 to $500,000 | 2:40 |
| $500,001 to $1,000,000 | 1:50 |
| $1,000,001 and above | 1:25 |
Read the top row again. A trader with $500 in the account, exactly the person the 1:4000 headline is aimed at, sits in the band capped at 1:1000. The two published tables do not reconcile, and the broker does not explain the gap on either page. It may be that 1:4000 applies only to specific jurisdictions or on request. It may be legacy marketing. Until the broker says which, treat 1:1000 as your working ceiling and confirm your actual cap inside the Trade Room before you size a position around it.
Three more rules that matter more than the headline:

How to read that table. The broker on the left has the lowest entry barrier, the highest advertised leverage and the thinnest oversight. The two on the right carry genuine Tier-1 retail licenses and charge for it in a higher deposit or a lower leverage cap. There is no free option in that row. You are picking which trade-off you can live with, and the right answer changes as your balance grows.

is the charting depth of the MetaTrader apps. The MT4 mobile build carries 30 built-in indicators, 24 analytical objects, three chart types and nine timeframes, with full Expert Advisor support on the desktop terminal. If your process leans on indicators, you will live in MetaTrader and use the proprietary app for funding and account switching.
The download links on the Forex4you app page route through a markets4you.onelink.me domain, and the listing they lead to is published as “Markets4you - Online Trading” by E-Global Trade & Finance Group Inc. The package identifier is still com.forex4you.android. It is the same app under the current brand name, and it rates 4.4 stars from roughly 3,430 reviews with over 100,000 downloads, last updated 27 August 2026. Nothing is wrong here, but a first-time user who expects a Forex4you icon and gets a Markets4you one will reasonably wonder whether they installed the right thing.

The platform lineup is fuller than most third-party sources report, and the confusion is the brand split rather than the offering.
MetaTrader 4 is the one Forex4you promotes directly across Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. It carries 30 built-in indicators, access to more than 2,000 free custom indicators, 24 built-in analytical objects, three chart types and nine timeframes, with full Expert Advisor support and MQL4 for anyone writing their own. Market orders, pending orders, stops, take profits and trailing stops are all there.
MetaTrader 5 is available, but it sits on the Markets4you side of the brand split rather than the Forex4you side. It runs on Windows, macOS, web and mobile, with 50+ technical analysis tools, one-click trading, full market depth, unarchived trade history, and Expert Advisor support including backtesting. If you want MT5 and you are looking only at forex4you.com, you would reasonably conclude it is not offered. It is.
Share4you is the reason most people arrive here, and it deserves the detail.
Following works in four steps: watch a leader’s activity, pick one, copy their trades, and let the positions mirror into your account automatically. The broker lists more than 1,000 leaders and around 100,000 active investors on the follower side. No download is needed and no prior trading experience is assumed, which is exactly the pitch and exactly the risk.
You have to realise before you start what it costs you as a follower. Each leader chooses their own commission from four predefined options: $2, $4, $6 or $8 for every normal lot copied. That cost is per duplicated lot, not per profitable copied lot. If the leader trades a lot and loses money, you still get their commission from your account. There is no limit to what a leader can accumulate. So the cost of following scales with the leader’s activity and not your results, and a high frequency leader on a $8 setting is a pricey habit no matter how the trades pan out.
Who it suits: Someone who wants market exposure without choosing entry, has read enough to be able to judge a leader’s drawdown, not just the headline return, and is prepared to regard the follower balance as risk capital.
Who it does not: those who demand complete manual control, those who run their own algorithmic approach and those who want the 70%-of-copied-trades-were-profitable figure on the marketing site to represent their own outcome. The win rate is not returned. Neither is a survivorship-filtered leaderboard.

The broker is clear that research here is licensed, not created.
Trading Central supplies: The technical analysis is supplied free of charge to clients in the analytics part of the Trade Room by Trading Central. It covers six main pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, USD/CAD and AUD/USD. Six pairs is a tight fit. If you trade crosses, exotics, indices or single equities, this covers none of these. Trading Central WebTV puts a news video stream on top.
This is the more useful half, and FXStreet supplies the news. The service releases between 200 and 250 new tales a day in six languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese. That list of languages is not for show. It’s the direct mapping to where this broker’s clients are, and a Thai or Vietnamese trader obtaining market news in his own language is worth more than another indicator that nobody reads.
The economic calendar is the broker’s own, with explanations of the anticipated influence of each occurrence, not just naked figures.
What is absent is any proprietary information: no in-house analyst desk, no client sentiment data, no pattern-recognition scanner and no equity research. Do your own analysis and you’re covered. Take suggestions from the broker and you’ll outgrow it in a quarter.

It is in the education module where Forex4you beats brokers twice its size. That is the honest reason a beginner might choose it.
The trading school has 40 lessons in 4 stages of increasing difficulty: Forex Pre-School 5 lessons, Primary School 10, Secondary School 10, and Trading University 10. It starts with an intro to the financial markets and gets to counter-trend strategy so there is an actual route instead of a bunch of articles. There’s a dictionary and a series of tests beside it, so you can check if something landed, rather than assume it did.
The library of articles is wide, including technical and fundamental analysis, trading psychology, CFD mechanics and risk management, albeit the quality varies and some of it drifts way outside trade. There is a list of webinars and seminars but they are shown as upcoming, not as an ongoing program, so check the current calendar before you count on them.
The discrepancy is in production values, not substance. This is text first, light on video. No frills about it. It is also more curriculum than most brokers in this category bother to construct, and for somebody really starting out that trade is worth making.

Forex4you fits a specific trader: a beginner who wants to start at zero, learn from a structured course, and either trade small on a Cent account or follow someone else through Share4you. For that person the $0 minimum, the 40-lesson school and the 27.5-minute published withdrawal average are real advantages, and Classic Pro at 0.1 pips plus $7 per lot is competitively priced once you outgrow the Standard tiers.
The reason this Forex4you broker review scores it 3.2 rather than higher is oversight. One BVI licence, no Tier-1 regulator, no negative balance protection clause in the client agreement, and a 1:4000 leverage headline that the broker’s own conditions page caps at 1:1000. If those things matter to you, and at some account size they should, this is a broker to start on rather than to stay on.

Yes, by one regulator: the BVI Financial Services Commission, under license SIBA/L/12/1027, held by E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. There is no Tier-1 regulator such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC anywhere in the group’s structure, and the BVI does not operate a statutory investor compensation scheme. The broker is an active Financial Commission member, which provides external dispute resolution and a fund of up to €20,000 per complaint, payable where a ruling goes unhonored rather than where the firm fails. The Forex4you minimum deposit is zero. Cent Pro, Cent Standard, Classic Pro and Classic Standard all open at $0, with no account minimum set by the broker. The practical floor is whatever your payment method requires, which runs from $1 through Skrill and $2 through Neteller up to $10 for cards and bank transfers.
Yes. Both brands belong to E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. and operate under the same BVI licence, SIBA/L/12/1027. The parent company announced the Markets4you rebrand on 4 April 2024, and the BVI client agreement now names markets4you.com as the company’s website. Forex4you remains live as a regional-facing brand, and the mobile app is shared, listed on the app stores under the Markets4you name.
The broker advertises up to 1:4000, but its own trading conditions page caps leverage at 1:1000 for accounts holding $0 to $10,000 of equity, falling to 1:500, 1:200, 1:100, 1:50 and 1:25 as equity rises. The two published figures do not reconcile, so confirm your actual cap in the Trade Room. Leverage also drops to 1:100 within ten minutes of medium or high-impact news and in the two hours before Friday’s close. [LINK: forex leverage explained]
Yes, a demo account is available and it runs on the same MetaTrader platforms as a live account. It is the right place to test the terminal and any Expert Advisor before funding anything. If you would rather test against live execution, a Cent account opens at $0 and trades at a hundredth of Classic contract sizes. [LINK: how to use a demo account]
It depends on where you are. Forex4you states its service is not available to residents of the United States, Japan, Canada, India, Australia or the European Economic Area. Outside those, availability follows the entity you are onboarded through, so check the country list on the signup flow before you start rather than after.
Fazeel Imtiaz leads broker research at YourForexBroker.com. He has been testing retail trading platforms for 11 years and has opened and funded live accounts with brokers across Asia, Africa and Latin America. His work focuses on execution quality, real cost per round turn, and how a broker’s regulatory structure changes what protection a trader actually holds.
Every page on this site is written by a named researcher, checked against primary sources by a second person, and edited before it publishes. Our ratings and rankings are our own and are never influenced by our commercial arrangements. Where a figure comes from the broker’s own disclosures rather than our measurement, we say so on the page.
We open and fund real accounts with every broker we review, then work through each platform the broker offers rather than reading the feature list.
For this review we tested MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, the proprietary Forex4you mobile app and the Share4you copy-trading network. We read the BVI client agreement in full to confirm the contracting entity, the licence number and what protections are and are not written into it. We compared the account comparison table against the trading conditions page, which is how the leverage discrepancy surfaced. We checked the Financial Commission membership record, the app store listings and the public review base.
Where sources disagree, and on this broker they disagree most on leverage caps, instrument counts and the brand relationship, we default to what the broker publishes itself, and where the broker contradicts itself we publish both figures and say so. Every figure in this Forex4you forex broker review was checked against a primary source before filing, and anything we could not confirm is marked as unverified on the page rather than smoothed over.
